1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are exempt from returns, such as intimate products.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please email us at contact@rikaspot.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We will provide further instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@rikaspot.com for assistance.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have issues, contact us at contact@rikaspot.com.
6. Customs and International Returns
For international returns, customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed during shipping are non-refundable. Return shipping is also the customer's responsibility.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Order Issues: If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
